Ethical behaviour in the workplace is an essential quality that all employees should have the knowledge of, in order to foster a positive work environment. Professionally, ethics can range from treating employees with mutual respect, to following the organisation’s moral code of conduct.
To emphasise the importance of ethical behaviour in the workplace, a seminar was conducted at the STC Hafeezpet SAFA Center, on 17th May 2024. This session, sponsored by TEA Cares Foundation and conducted by Dr Bhagyashree, educated ITES trainees on work ethics. It aimed to enhance trainees’ professional conduct, and in turn, cultivate a constructive work environment. It included several interactive discussions on topics such as appropriate behaviour and respect.
